Château Laballe was established in 1820 and is world-famous for its Armagnac. Established by Jean-Dominique Laudet, it was one of the first estates to export its products globally; to New York in the 1920s. By the 1970's Château Laballe, lead by Noel Laudet of Château Beychevelle fame began producing Rosé. The winery is in its eight generations of being family-owned and managed. It produces wines with complex winemaking and assembly. It's wines are characterized by the mineral note of the Estate's well-regarded terroir.
